Night Safe (pickup and return out of opening hours)

General Information

We offer our Night Access service to regular customers who have completed a significant number of rentals over the past 12 months. This service allows equipment pickup and return outside our standard opening hours of 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.

The service is available only by prior arrangement and after eligibility has been confirmed, either in person or by email during business hours. The service cannot be used without this confirmation. This also applies to drivers, couriers and other individuals collecting or returning equipment on behalf of a customer.

Where and How to Access the Service

Entrance: K Žižkovu 1038/1a, Prague – between the green building and Modrá opice, towards the lower entrance.

Always call approximately 1 minute before arriving at the gate. Further instructions will be provided by phone or SMS.

Equipment Return Procedure

1. Call approximately 1 minute before arrival and follow the instructions provided by phone or SMS.
2. After returning the equipment, lower the roller shutter using the button located outside.
3. When exiting, call again. The responsible person will arm the security system and close the gate.
4. Do not leave without confirmation that the premises have been secured. If you do not receive confirmation, call again.

All prices exclude VAT.

Express Orders and Changes Outside Opening Hours

New orders and changes to existing orders processed outside standard opening hours are always subject to an express service surcharge, regardless of the size of the order or the time required to process it. Our express technician is available specifically to handle these requests, so exceptions cannot be made, even for small orders.
