Get to Know the Gear Before Renting

Not sure what to choose, or want to try the equipment in person before renting? We offer the opportunity to get familiar with the equipment directly at our rental house.

Testing and Consultation Before Rental

Due to growing interest in testing without a rental commitment, this service now costs CZK 1,000 / hour (incl. VAT), equivalent to CZK 826 excl. VAT, for new customers – those with no previous history with Biofilms and no connection to a specific rental. Payment is made on site.

The fee covers all time spent at the rental house, including consultation, staff assistance and equipment preparation. Each started hour is charged. We do not charge an equipment teardown fee.

The full amount will subsequently be returned to you as credit towards a future rental with us. After payment, you will receive a rental voucher of the corresponding value, valid for 3 months (90 days).

This allows us to keep individual consultations and testing free – but only when they lead to a rental.
